  Best Buy has certainly declined over the years. It used to be hard NOT to find help, not anymore. I walked around this store on multiple occasions without ever being greeted by anyone in the store. I'll continue to shop here but I certainly won't expect any customer service. **Update and reason I removed a star. I came in a handful of times since my first review and got the same nonexistent service. This time was kinda the final straw as this time, I needed assistance. I can't rightly grab a washing machine and carry it to the register... nothing. It was 1030am and nothing. The store wasn't busy... no help. No customer service. I decided to walk around the store and look at EVERYTHING. 5 laps I made! Nothing. Not even a "hey" from loss prevention. Fine, I left. I decided I had to talk to someone. After all, my first job was at Best Buy... I called the store and waited for 15 mins before hanging up. Not 15 mins to talk to a manager, 15 minutes of a ringing phone. Nobody answered! I quit. Good luck Best Buy, you're dead to me.
