  Wow this was by far the worst experience in a store in my 18 years of living. This is the first time I go out of my way to rate a store. I went with my girlfriend to get her ear pierced and the woman got the gun stuck in her ear. She didn't know how to handle the situation and I had to pull the gun out myself. The piercing wasn't even done and I had to help fix the piercing as well. Go anywhere but this store, please I beg whoever is reading this unless you want your daughter to have a panic attack and have the worst experience of her life.
