  DONT BUY ANY APPLIANCES IN JCPENNEY STORES!!! I ordered a fridge from this location and it was delivered on Feb. 2 2018 . The delivery guys plugged it in and left. After 4 hours, I checked and the fridge didn't get cooler. I called JCPenney customer service on the same day of the delivery. After spending 2 hours on the line, they scheduled a replacement fridge for Tuesday (Feb 6). On that day a technician called me and wanted to come to fix the new fridge instead of replacing it as the customer support promised. He never came. In addition, after calling JCPenney customer service they didn’t want to replace. As of now, I am stuck with a malfunctioning fridge.

  Called looking for very specific Harry Potter leotards that my girlfriend URGENTLY needed but couldn't find. Jasmine answered and was super helpful, not only locating the garment but setting aside a couple of them for me. Waltzed right in and out having procured said items, feeling like a superhero.

  This store has the best appliance department. The associates are all very knowledgeable and have the best prices in town. Also, the manager named Devin smells very good.
