  Disclaimer: To begin, the close out sale they are having during this time; I was able to get a very expensive mattress at half of the cost so that is beneficial. The gentleman Who sold it was very nice, although he did not disclose all the information for the purchase best wishes to his career & the only reason they are getting a one star, I wish I can give it zero. Review: the customer service at the higher level is terrible! I purchased a box spring for the bed that was 300$ and it did not fit on my bed frame. I called & representative from this location says and I quote “like I don’t know call another day and try to speak to the person who sold it to you because it wasn’t me I just started working here.” Please keep in mind the box spring is still in its original packaging, and shipping labels, and today makes a week. This company would not take it back and told me I could not get a refund via e-mail. This e-mail had to come from a cell phone with the amount of grammatical errors and misspelled words. I wish I could attach the picture. Because I’m angry I am going to be petty and say also, the inside of the building needs renovation it is extremely dirty in the inside the carpet needs Stanley steemer desperately, lights were out & it smelled mold. The rep didn’t even have another pen for me to complete my paper work Lucily I had my own. I see why Tempur-pedic is no longer doing business with them.

  Don't buy at this store. Can almost guarantee terrible customer service. And if you should have a problem with bed....good luck. Seriously with so much competition out there you would think more effort and honesty. They should consider effects on job security this place cant last long.
